How to Take Care of Your Products
Candle Care
The first burn is the most important burn. To prevent “tunneling” allow enough time for the wax to melt completely forming a pool to the edge (typically 1-2 hours)
Trim the wick to 1/4” length each time before you light the candle
Do not let pillar candles self extinguish. Discontinue burning when 1/2 inch remains in the container or 2 inches if using a pillar candle.
Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Keep an eye on your candle. Never leave a burning candle unattended
Place candle on a stable surface away from flammable objects. Keep out of reach of children and pets. If using a pillar candle make sure to place it on a coaster or a tray to protect the surface underneath
Reed Diffuser Care
Remove the seal and place the reeds inside
Place the diffuser on a coaster or tray to protect the surface underneath
Place in a well ventilated area to allow fragrance circulation
To refresh the fragrance, flip the reed every 3-4 days
Keep away from children, pets and flammables. Wash your hands if you come into contact with the oil
Wax Melts Care
Use a wax warmer that is specifically designded for wax melts. Do not add water
Place your burner away from drafts and anything flammable
Place your burner in a safe, stable surface
Never leave your burner unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets
Avoid burning for more than 3-4 hours at a time
